The Starter Plan is tailored for businesses that are just getting started and need the very most basic branding elements to establish and maintain a professional presence in the marketplace. The Essentials Plan is perfect for business that have seen a certain level of success but feel like they need to improve the way they present themselves to the public to keep up with their competition. The Elite Plan is perfect for larger businesses that have a greater need for marketing collateral like business cards, brochures, one-sheets, landing pages, catalogs, etc.; have more content to share on social media like blog articles, media mentions, events, specials, sales, community-oriented activity, etc.; and release products that require ongoing packaging design and e-commerce website.

Brand Guidelines – Once your brand identity is finalized, we create brand guidelines that outline how to consistently apply your brand across all materials, from digital to print. This ensures coherence across all platforms and touchpoints. (Typically 1–2 weeks) 4. Collateral & Implementation – Depending on your needs, we’ll move on to creating additional brand assets like marketing collateral, website design, social media templates, packaging, and more. For social media, we’ll design branded templates, graphics, and messaging that ensure a consistent brand experience across platforms. (Varies based on scope—typically 4–8 weeks) 5. Launch & Support – After everything is finalized, we assist with the launch of your new brand, ensuring it’s seamlessly integrated across all channels, including your website and social media. We also offer ongoing support to help maintain consistency and continue evolving your brand over time. It typically takes 3 to 6 months to move through the process, depending on the scope and complexity of your project. Our monthly strategy meetings provide an opportunity to review ongoing design, social media, and website support. What happens at the end of the 12-month subscription?At the end of your 12-month subscription, you have a few options: 1. Renew Your Subscription – You can continue working with us by renewing your subscription for another term. This ensures uninterrupted brand support, design updates, and ongoing strategy execution. 2. Upgrade or Adjust Your Plan – If your business needs have evolved, you can switch to a different plan that better suits your goals. 3. Pause or Conclude Services – If you decide not to renew, you’ll retain full ownership of the completed designs and branding materials delivered during your subscription. However, ongoing support, updates, and new design requests will no longer be covered. Before your subscription ends, we’ll schedule a final strategy session to review your brand’s progress, discuss next steps, and ensure a smooth transition.

Do you offer 6-month subscriptions or shorter-term engagments?Our 12-month subscription is the core of our service offerings, allowing us to fully execute and refine your brand identity and strategy for lasting impact. Shorter-term engagements may not provide the same long-term results. We may consider 6-month subscriptions on a case-by-case basis, but they come with a 25% premium due to the reduced commitment and more urgent resource allocation. Month-to-month or custom solutions are also considered case-by-case, but these come with a 50% premium and may limit the scope of our work. We strongly encourage the 12-month commitment as the most cost-effective, strategic, and value-driven option for your business.

What if I can’t afford your services?We understand that branding can be a significant investment, and we want to work with businesses of all sizes. If you’re unable to afford our full-service offerings, we recommend discussing your priorities with us. We can explore options like scaling the project to fit your budget or breaking it into more manageable phases. Additionally, we may be able to provide a la carte services or suggest more affordable solutions that still help you make an impact, such as focusing on key branding elements first (like a logo or website). If your budget is limited, we can also provide recommendations for other resources or professionals that may better align with your current financial situation. What kinds of graphic design projects are possible?Each subscription includes 3, 6, or 12 graphic design requests per term, depending on your plan. How many revisions do I get?Every project includes 2, 3, or 4 rounds of revisions, depending on your subscription level. Each round can contain unlimited single revisions, as long as they're requested at the same time and handled in the same work session. Each round of revisions yields a new design proof for review. Additional rounds of revisions, beyond those included in your chosen plan, are always available for $175 per round.

Who owns the designs when my project is complete?You do! As soon as your invoice balance is paid in full, you become the owner of the final, approved designs. Alll the working files, sketches, fonts, software, and other tools used to create your designs remain the property of Unity Design unless included in the scope of work as deliverables.

What if I already have a logo?Having a logo is a great start! However, a strong brand is more than just a logo—it’s a complete visual and strategic identity that shapes how your audience perceives you. If your current logo aligns with your business and brand vision, we can build upon it by developing a cohesive brand identity, including typography, color palette, imagery, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms. What happens if I miss or frequently forget scheduled meetings?Regular meetings are an essential part of our process, as they help us stay aligned and ensure your project is progressing as planned. If you’re unavailable for scheduled meetings or consistently forget about them, it can delay the project and hinder the quality of the work. We understand that things come up, so we’re happy to reschedule when necessary. However, if this becomes a recurring issue, we may need to pause or adjust the project timeline to account for these delays. In extreme cases, it could affect our ability to continue working together, and we may need to reevaluate or terminate the contract. Clear communication and reliable participation are crucial for a smooth and successful collaboration. We’re here to support you, but we do rely on your commitment to the process.

What happens if I don’t provide timely responses or feedback?Timely feedback and responses are crucial for keeping your project on track and ensuring we meet deadlines. If feedback is delayed, it can extend the project timeline and may affect the overall quality and flow of the work. We typically agree on a set schedule for feedback and communication, and if responses are not provided within the agreed timeframe, we may need to pause the project until we can move forward with your input. This helps ensure we’re not missing key details or wasting valuable time. If non-communication becomes a regular issue, we reserve the right to terminate the contract. Our goal is to maintain a productive and collaborative partnership, and consistent communication is key to achieving that. We’re happy to work with you to establish a process that works, but we do rely on your timely input to deliver the best possible results.

What happens if I don’t pay my bill?We understand that life can get in the way sometimes, but timely payment is essential for us to continue delivering high-quality work. If a bill remains unpaid, we may pause or withhold delivery of final designs until payment is received. This includes any assets or files that are part of the project. Once payment is made, we’ll promptly release all completed work. We’re happy to work with you if there are any issues, but open communication and timely payment are key to keeping the project on track.

Can I end my subscription early?Yes, you can end your subscription early, but we require 30 days’ notice in writing and an early termination fee of 50% of the regular monthly fee on your subscription plan. The 30-day notice period will begin on the first day of the upcoming month, and charges for that month will remain in force and must be paid as usual. Unity Design does not offer pro-rated fees, even if the termination notice is given in the middle of a month. This policy ensures that Unity Design can complete any in-progress projects, fulfill any remaining obligations, and provide a smooth and seamless handover. We understand that business needs may change, and we’re happy to discuss options if you need to end your subscription. However, we encourage long-term partnerships to fully benefit from the value of our comprehensive branding services, which are designed to create lasting impact for your business.
