CHALLENGE

Worked with lab manager to establish Synergy Extracts as its own recognizable line of medical cannabis products, distinct from its parent company, and position it as a more sophisticated, artisanal, and wellness-oriented option in a still-burgeoning yet already crowded space. One of our mandates was to ensure longevity and resiliency in the face of the imminent decriminalization of recreational use in New Mexico.
